Now, most of the identity theft or mistaken identity movies are about documentation and paperwork, while the film Face/Off takes a giant leap when the plot demands a change of identity through plastic surgery. Yes, you heard that right! The main lead of the movie, the characters of John Travolta and Nicholas Cage go through extensive plastic surgery in order to exchange their identity. As far as I know, that’s never done before in the movies, which is why we put Face/Off on top of the list.
